1. No refund after the first class of the session.
2. Payment for current session is due the first day of class.
3. A signed consent form must be filled out prior to class participation.
4. Missed classes must be made up within the same session by attending a similar class level, i.e. beginner takes another beginner or a level l. Please be sure to check with Marty that any classes are being held any particular week.
5. On occasion, an "extra" class will be offered. These classes are not part of a session and they are not make-up classes. There will be a stated fee associated with these classes.
6. A class may be canceled if less than 5 people register in any given session.
7. Cancellation due to weather: If Stillwater schools and/or businesses are closed, we may not have class. Please call or e mail Marty if she hasn’t already e mailed you with a message regarding weather/cancellation. No refund will be given. You are welcome to make up the missed class at any other class offered.
8. Cancellation by the instructor will be announced in a timely manner (except an emergency). A refund will be given.
9. Single-class drop-in fee for is $15.00 per Pilates class. Single-class drop-in fee for Kettlebells is $25.
10. Visitors are welcome in the class for one time only free of charge. If they wish to participate, they must receive permission from the instructor and fill out a consent form. These classes sometimes come in the form of an introductory class.
11. Please advise Marty before class of any significant health problems or if you are pregnant. Adaptations can be made.
12. All Kettlebells must bring their own bell to class.
